Are you an experienced architect or urban designer with a desire to deliver impactful and equitable regeneration projects?

We Made That is looking for an associate/ senior associate to join our growing team in our London office. We are seeking a candidate capable of leading projects, teams and developing the practice’s approach and values. You will be interested in large masterplanning projects, influential spatial strategies and delivering built projects at a range of scales. You may have particular expertise in industrial intensification, adaptive high streets, cultural infrastructure or healthy neighbourhoods.

Urban Research Leader (Associate/Senior Associate Level)

Are you a talented urban researcher interested in cities, their economies, social fabric and the way they are governed and shaped?

We Made That is looking for an urban research leader at associate/ senior associate level to join our growing team in our London office. We are seeking a candidate capable of leading multiple projects, managing small project teams and resource allocations as well as developing wider research streams and strategies within the practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience in undertaking quantitative and qualitative research through analytical and engaged processes. The role includes devising and leading teams to deliver desk-based research (including literature and policy reviews), conducting primary research and stakeholder engagement, analysing qualitative and quantitative research findings, report writing and strategy development.

You should be fluent at operating at a senior level and work collaboratively alongside the practice partners and as part of the senior management team. The ideal candidate will be confident in leading on developing and implementing industry leading, socially engaged research methodologies and will be driven by wanting to help create equitable places through impactful projects.

Urban Designer/Masterplanner

Are you interested in implementation of ambitious, innovative and fresh strategies for our high streets and town centres?

We Made That is looking for an urban designer and masterplanner to join our growing team in our London office. We are seeking a candidate capable of working on masterplanning schemes, influential spatial strategies and co-ordinating project and consultants teams. We have a number of projects focusing on the delivery of town centre strategies across the UK and are looking for a new team member to work on the implementation of innovative and inclusive design approaches on these projects.

You will have experience in managing projects and will enjoy working collaboratively. You be comfortable in managing your time across projects, strategy development and wider practice initiatives. You will be capable of leading projects and progressing within the practice.
