Head of People

Are you a people-centred HR professional with experience of growing high performing teams?

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced culture champion to develop a people strategy and implement its successful delivery within our highly motivated team of architects, urban designers, researchers and wider support staff.

The ideal candidate for the new Head of People position will lead the development and implementation of a new people strategy that supports the practice in achieving its vision, mission and impact goals. You will support the professional development and wellbeing of the whole team and work with us to develop a well-defined, people-focused company culture.

Salary guide: £40,750 – £48,000 per annum (plus company benefits)

Head of Bidding and New Business

Are you a bid manager with expertise in public sector procurement that wants to secure work and deliver public good?

We are seeking a knowledgeable and ambitious bid manager and new business coordinator with previous experience in similar roles in the UK to help us grow the practice. We are looking for a proactive, organised, flexible, hands-on individual with a can-do attitude to undertake tasks related to new business and to coordinate bids and submissions.

The ideal candidate will be capable of working closely with the practice leadership to support the acquisition of new projects, prioritise opportunities and coordinate successful bid submissions from start to finish for public sector contracts.

Salary guide: £40k+ per annum/ Negotiable dependent on experience (plus company benefits).

Practice Administrator

Are you a motivated and energetic administrator with an interest in architecture and design?

We are seeking an experienced and career-minded Practice Administrator for our growing team. You should be resourceful and committed with an attention to detail, tenacity and thoroughness in administration and support. Prior professional experience in the built environment, architecture and design sectors is a desirable advantage.

The ideal candidate will be capable of working closely with the practice. The role is incredibly varied, so adaptability and flexibility will be required to meet the wide spectrum of requirements, which span hands-on practical tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office, through to financial administration, office management and broader support.

Salary guide: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (plus company benefits)
