Purpose
We want to provide a supportive space for discussion of issues amongst associate-level individuals across LPF practices. The group is expected to self-determine its own direction as a sounding board to voice ideas and suggestions for practices—or indeed the LPF overall—and to provide a source of support for individual members who are holding associate-level roles.
We ask that associates observe a few ground rules to ensure that the channel is useful, supportive, and a positive space for everyone.
Do
- Propose ideas for agenda/discussion
- Share challenges you’re experiencing
- Offer specific support/knowledge exchange amongst your peers
- Help to raise awareness of issues within the wider LPF
- Co-develop and deliver solutions that support practice/LPF aims
- Promote a culture of feedback and listening to each other
Don’t
- Share commercially sensitive information
- Talk about specific HR issues where individuals could be identified
- Enter into conversations that could jeopardise bids/be interpreted as collusion
- Commit your practice to obligations without first consulting decision-makers/ practice principals
